Supply – Do You Need It? Do You Have It?

June 13, 2025 by Dwayne Byerly Leave a Comment

Greetings in the name of the Lord of Harvest, Jesus, the world’s Savior. We recently concluded another Impact America Crusade in Thomasville, High Point, North Carolina, where nearly 100 people made decisions to follow Jesus.  One woman, who had accepted Christ as a little girl while attending church with her grandmother, rededicated her life to Jesus after being raised as a strict Muslim by her parents.  Her freedom was exhilarating.  Many others were healed and delivered; we could see bonds broken and burdens lifted in the eyes of those who stood before us.  Jesus is still alive and active, performing His will in the earth.  His will is that you live an abundant life!

Prophecy and Promises has been helping Tim Sutton Ministries conduct the Impact America tent meetings for over five years now.  The vision for Impact America was given by God to Evangelist Sutton, and Prophecy and Promises has joined in to help fulfill this vision.  In ministry it requires partners to get the job done!  When we began in 2019, Tim and I walked around Parkersburg, West Virginia, distributing 2,500 flyers.  Now, we have a dedicated team of about ten people who take two weeks or more each year to help realize this vision.  They sacrifice family time, vacation time, and even work time, which affects income, to spread the good news about Jesus Christ and change lives.  And then there are all who give financially, including some of you.

Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. —1 Corinthians 12:27

God has given me a vision also, which is to (1) strengthen believers, (2) reveal Jesus’ saving desire to unbelievers, (3) prepare believers for Jesus’ return, and (4) provide materials for those left behind—both believers and unbelievers—who may miss the Rapture and enter the Tribulation Period.  To fulfill this vision, I am believing for 200 partners to start. We need both financial and prayer partners who want to help achieve this God-given mission.  In these End Times, we need each other, as we are all members of one body in Christ Jesus: “For the body is not one member but many . . . He sets these members in the body as it pleases Him” (1 Cor. 12:14, 18).

No one who has accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior is excluded from this body.  Every member is significant, and everyone makes a difference: “And some of the parts that seem weakest and least important are really the most necessary” (1 Cor. 12:22, TLB).  When a member of the body holds back their supply, it hurts the entire body:  “And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it” (1 Cor. 12:26).  As you can see, these are not my words—these are God’s Words and principles.  According to Barna Research, only 21% of the Church tithes.  Many Christians do not realize that not tithing places them under Satan’s curse (Mal. 3:9).  How much more could we do for Jesus if the Church tithed?

God uses examples that help us understand.  If any of your organs do not function as they were intended, you have a problem.  Even that little toe on your foot—if you stub it, you will know it is suffering.  One of the main reasons for Jesus’ delay in returning is that members of the body of Christ are not giving their supply, whether financial or spiritual.

Many are born again but have never grown spiritually.  They do not spend time with Him, and there is no pastor over their lives; therefore, their growth is stunted.  As a result, they are unlikely to fulfill all that God has in store for them.  As Myles Monroe said, “In the cemetery is buried the greatest treasure of untapped potential.”  God likely had countless revelations for those buried and gone that could have transformed the lives of others.  But they never made God a priority.  Please do not take your potential to the grave and let your supply go to waste!

For just as the body is a unity and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).                                                                           —1 Corinthians 12:12, AMPC

So it is with Christ.  Christ is the Anointed One, and we are made to be one with Him.  We are Christians, meaning Christ-like.  We are His hands and feet on earth today.  Christ is the anointing, which is the presence of God, and it is this anointing that destroys the yoke of bondage (Isa. 10:27).

The flow of anointing in the world today is not as strong as it should be because members of the body are not adding their supply.  Why doesn’t everyone get healed?  Because every member is not furnishing their supply.  If you have the supply of the prayer of faith for interceding but choose not to pray, then when someone—like me—lays hands on a person with cancer, there may not be enough faith available to bring about their healing.  They might receive a measure of relief, but your supply could have put them over.  Furthermore, how can a minister even get to where God has sent them if finances are lacking?  How can someone in need receive the laying on of hands if there is no one available to minister to them?  And how can a minister go out to serve without being sent (Rom. 10:14-15).

I do not claim to know everything or fully understand all the supernatural aspects of God.  However, I can see in the Word that every member contributes a vital supply, which is essential.  Common sense and reason tell me that if this supply is insufficient, then the needs remain unmet.  There is truth in this, but thank God for His mercy and grace that fills in the gaps in many situations.  A day is coming when the Glorious Church will be complete, and it is approaching swiftly.  Jesus is building His body, and He is nearing the completion process.  “Till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Eph. 4:13).

The body of Christ, the Church, will be unified and mature, operating in the fullness of God’s anointing and power.  Every member will supply their unique part to the body in obedience to God. There will be nothing missing or lacking among these believers. The obedient will live in complete peace during the perilous times surrounding us.

Then, sadly, there are believers who do not act on their beliefs.  They may resemble those described by Jesus in Revelation 3:17:  “Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.”

Jesus stands at the door of these people’s hearts and knocks (Rev. 3:20), waiting for them to let Him in.  Many have become self-deceived and are unaware of their dire condition.  They find themselves in a dangerous place, unprepared and left behind to face the Tribulation Period.  Don’t let that happen to you!  You have already heard the Good News!

We are heading to Paris this month to share the Gospel.  We will be assisting at Terri Savelle Foy’s Women’s Conference and also ministering at Batisseaurs de la Cité in Paris.  Our budget for this outreach exceeds $5,000.  Would you like to share in this ministry outreach? With your supply—whether financial or spiritual—God can accomplish greater things during this assignment, and together, we can hasten the time of His return.

Your prayers are so important to us, for God hears and answers.  I do not take this responsibility lightly, and I am honored that you trust me to act on your behalf for the Lord Jesus. You can give by clicking the donate button or simply by sending a check in the mail (with no fees).  Thank you for your prayerful consideration. Please do not confuse this as a plea for money.  It is more a plea for you to find your place in the body of Christ.  In doing so, you will find strength from the supply and partnership that comes with being set in the body as He places you.

Michelle and I pray for you and call you blessed, healed, whole, and prosperous!  Until next time, remember . . . Jesus is coming soon!  Be ready!

Born Again?

You must be born again to go to heaven. Jesus said “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." To do this all you have to do is call on the name of Jesus. When you BELIEVE in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord you will experience the new birth.
