Greetings in the name of Jesus, our provider! The sun is coming up as I write this letter. I think about how God created the sun and hung it in the sky. The sun comes up every morning, bringing light. It seems forever faithful to arise and provide light that gives life.
Then, there is the “Son,” Jesus. He does not arise every morning because He sleeps not and is always awake. He is always there, everywhere, and dwells within us. Through the night and the day, the Son gives light and life. There is no need to ask Him to be with us because He is forever faithful to be with us, and more loyal than the sun we see rise every day (Heb. 13:5; Matt. 28:20).
While the sun seems forever faithful, the Son IS forever faithful. There will come a day when the sun in the sky, as we know it, will be no more.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. —II Peter 3:10
The Day of the Lord is at least 1,007 years. It covers the time Jesus comes, like a thief, to snatch away His precious jewel (the Church) (I Thess. 5:1-5), and then ends with the heavens passing away and the earth burning up (Rev. 21:1). The Word “heavens” in the Strong’s Greek Concordance is described as “the vaulted expanse of the sky with all things visible in it.” That, my friends, includes the sun; it’s not permanent. However, Praise God, the book of Revelation says this about the New Jerusalem on the new earth: “The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light” (Rev. 21:23). The Son will literally be the light of the world. There will be a new sun, though its purpose may not be the same. Surely it will be one that will not even cause a sunburn.
This leads me to think about what is ahead: eternity, the new sun, the heavens, the new earth, there being peace and no sickness, no wicked one . . . what a day that will be! And that is our future as Christians. However, before all these events transpire, there are other events in the future of man, but not necessarily for all Christians.
There is a time of Tribulation coming upon the earth. You can see it coming upon the horizon like the rising sun. The sun doesn’t pop up; it rises slowly. This is how Satan works in so many ways, be it in an individual’s life or via his evil plan for all of mankind, which is never good!
Jesus tells us to discern the signs of the times. Not doing so would put us in the category of a hypocrite (Matt. 16:2-3). A hypocrite is a play-actor; they are truly one way but act in another way. As a Christian, Jesus warns that if you are alert enough to discern things of the world, like weather patterns, but do not recognize the prophesied signs of the times, then you are a hypocrite. Therefore, it is apparent that Jesus has high expectations for us to study and recognize the prophecies of the Scripture.
So, let’s not ignore the signs of our times. Satan and antichrist spirits have been slowly, and today more speedily, putting into place procedures to allow the man of sin, who is the Antichrist, to take leadership of his empire.
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. —Revelation 13:16-17
Today, we see many governments, employers, and other entities, all operating under the influence of antichrist spirits, although maybe unknowingly, pushing people to take the experimental treatment to supposedly ward off COVID-19. It is NOT a vaccine. A vaccine is an injection of a weaker strand of a virus or similar virus. What is being given is totally experimental, and the long-term effects are unknown.
It has been made mandatory by some countries to take the vaccine before entering their borders. If you recognize the signs of the times in which we live, such a mandatory requirement is a forerunner to the “mark” in order to buy, sell, or trade, and in this case, travel. Now, I said a forerunner, not THE mark of the beast, but think about it.
This should be very evident to Christians and a clear sign of the times. To overlook the foreshadowing or think it’s no big deal is hypocritical for the believer. Right now, we are witnessing how quickly many people will conform to governmental directives, just so their lives will not be inconvenienced. With these trends, see how easy it will be for the False Prophet to implement a mark? Let me be clear. I am not advocating or discouraging the so-called vaccine. Anything you put into your body, including food and medicines of all kinds, should be taken in faith according to God’s Word. I am pointing out that this is a forerunning event to the False Prophet’s mark of the beast that occurs at the middle of the Tribulation, which is implemented to control the masses.
Time is short, and Bible Prophecy is in the process of being fulfilled all over the earth. We must tell people about God’s love for them and the sacrifice He made for them in Christ Jesus. It is the good news of the Gospel and what the world needs to hear. The eternity of men’s souls is at stake. Silver and gold are of little value, short of using it to show God’s love and spreading the Gospel.
Well, think again. Remember that GOD, your God, gave you the strength to produce all this wealth so as to confirm the covenant that he promised to your ancestors—as it is today. —Deuteronomy 8:18, MSG
This life here is short, but eternity is forever. This is why we are telling people about Jesus and having the Impact America Crusades. Again, I ask for your prayers and financial help with these crusades. God’s purpose is the best thing in which you can invest because His return is eternal, not temporal.
Thank you for being connected to this part of Jesus’ ministry. Michelle and I are so thankful for you and your support. We always pray for your peace, which includes your health, finances, and safety.
