Greetings in the name of our faithful Lord Jesus, the anointed One. We have been busy: Bristow, Oklahoma; Dallas and Houston, Texas; New Iberia, Louisiana; and Warrior, Alabama. In all these meetings, Jesus was faithful to restore, heal, encourage, and save.
Just a couple of testimonies: First, a homeless man who came to the meeting in Bristow was estranged from his daughter. He had just traveled by bus from California to Tulsa to see her. When he arrived, he could not find her and ended up in Bristow. Coming to the meeting positioned him to connect with a Christian ministry who got him some clothes and cleaned up. Then, they reached back out to the daughter and connected (that’s the favor of God!). The man was driven all the way to Tulsa to be with his daughter as well as given money and food. Praise God! And get this, the man was an evangelist who had lost hope. Jesus restored that hope and relationship in one meeting.
During the Impact America Crusade in Alabama, 39 people made decisions for Jesus, and many healings took place. One little girl around ten-years-old was told her kidneys were shutting down, and dialysis was in her future. She was returning to the doctor the next day for a treatment plan and test. Her kidneys were only working at 17% when last checked. The following morning at the doctor’s appointment, it was functioning at 25% and rising! Jesus turned it around. No dialysis!
This is why we go forth with the good news of Jesus Christ! Young and old are touched by the hand of God when we are obedient. I said “we” because your giving and praying make it possible, and “we” share in the reward.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”
—Romans 10:13-15
Thank you for sending me. These significant events in people’s lives happen when God touches them. He touches them because of the declaration of His Word. When the Word is preached, hope and faith are increased, and people can receive from the Holy Spirit. God’s love and power not only work through me being a part of the five-fold ministry, but it will work for any believer. Are you a believer? Jesus says,
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
—Mark 16:17-18
This is what Jesus said, and if He said it, then it is true! Now, I know the whole snake and poison thing is in that Scripture, but keep it in context with other Scripture. Jesus said unto him [and you], “It is written again, ‘Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God’” (Matt. 4:7). Don’t test God’s Word by flirting with death, but don’t fear death either. You find this Word in operation for our fellow believer, Paul, in Acts chapter 28. Go read it, and you will see how the event affected the entire Island.
You are meant to affect groups of people with your belief in Jesus. Some big, some small, but all by following in the way set forth in the Word. There is a great awakening to the reality of God and His power. We are standing on the very shores of this, and the waters are crossing over our feet. Soon, a tsunami of the Holy Spirit will pour over us. Hallelujah!
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. — Joel 2:28-29
The waves crossing over our feet and the tsunami both have the same source. Water, fire, wind, and oil all represent the Spirit of God in the Scripture. Many of us have only gotten our feet wet in what God has for us. However, we stand on the beach in front of the source of the coming tsunami, and we can walk right into the source now and be a part of this miraculous event. Everything that God has for us is available NOW. Our Father is not withholding anything from us.
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
—Psalms 84:11
When the outpouring of the Spirit comes, it will have different effects on different people. Some will not know who He is, and they will fight Him. They will not receive the greatness He will bring at this time. Others, who know the Lord, will know it is Him and welcome the changes and the supernatural; they will allow their doctrines and beliefs to conform and grow more into His image.
The wicked in their flesh will despise this outpouring. They will not like the holiness and righteousness. They will try to get it off of them and run to the dry places—to the dominions of demons that Jesus spoke of in Matthew chapter 12. They will join the demon army that will war frantically against Christ until the end of the Tribulation.
Then there are those who know this outpouring is coming, the Glorious Church! They are the ones who are going as far out into the Spirit of God’s ocean as they can. They are already operating in the supernatural things of God and walking in His abundance of supply—always trying to go further with their faith. These believers will operate in the greater things that the world has never seen.
This can be you. Chase God, run from wickedness, have no ties to those who condone the perversions and murders of God’s creation. Walk in love and compassion toward oppressed people who need freedom from that darkness. Start delving deeper into the things of God. You may struggle, but you will not perish. When you emerge, you will flourish even more with His Word and Spirit.
He is faithful! Just go and declare His goodness.
We are thankful for your support in this part of Jesus’ ministry. He is coming soon, and we are getting everyone ready that we can. Until next time . . .
