Happy New Year 2015!

January 6, 2015 by Dwayne Byerly Leave a Comment

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the rewarder of the righteous.  Happy New Year, and welcome to 2015 – one year closer to the return of Jesus!  We are looking forward to another banner year because our God is Jehovah Nissi, our banner.  Every year many ministers declare this will be our best year ever, and it’s true!  Each year we grow more into the image of our Lord Jesus.  As we continue to study, pray, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit, we are increased in spiritual attributes such as wisdom, faith, grace and authority in the kingdom of God.

As 2014 began winding down in the United States, we witnessed antichrist spirits beginning to fire up.  This has continued into 2015.  The government, media, schools and, yes, some churches are making the way for the lawless one, who we know as the antichrist, to appear.  The apostle Paul tells us the mystery of lawlessness is already at work (II Thess. 2:7).  In other countries, we have seen lawlessness in its zenith, but now we are witnessing it in our country:  Men calling good evil and evil good; supporting the workers of iniquity and despising the rule God has set above us (Rom. 13).  Jesus warned us this is how the world would be in the End of Times.

“And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.  But he who endures to the end shall be saved.  And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matt.  24:12-14, NKJV).

This lawlessness is not only found in those who cannot tell the difference between evil and good, but in all who sin.  First John 3:4 tells us, “Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness and sin is lawlessness.”  This creates perilous times (II Tim. 3) and causes the gross darkness to cover the people of the earth (Isa.  60:2).

“The love of many will grow cold,“ and, without love, fear dominates and causes torment.  This is not doom and gloom, but the truth from the Word of God about how the world will look before His coming.

The other truth is that you are not of this world, but you are in it.  Jesus says, “he who endures to the end shall be saved.”  This person is the overcomer, the Bible believer, and follower of Jesus Christ!  This person who endures is not overcome by fear and torment because he or she is walking in the love of the Lord that casts out fear (I John 4:18).  With this fearlessness, the believer proclaims the good news “in all the world” causing many to turn to Jesus for salvation (Dan. 12:3).  During this great harvest of souls by the Body of Christ, “then the end will come.”

“Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.  Verily I say unto you, that he shall make him ruler over all his goods” (Matt. 24:46-47).

When Jesus comes, He will find the true believers doing the work of His ministry, which is preaching, teaching and healing the sick (Matt. 4:23).  They will be caught up with the righteous dead at the resurrection; this is our reward along with being made kings and priests!

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Heb.  11:6).

The year 2015 will be better than ever before for those who seek God with Bible faith.  It will be a year of prophecies coming to pass for the world and promises coming to pass for the believer.  What you do or how you react in the following year will determine your rewards in this life and possibly in the one to come.  Please pay attention, there has never been a more important time to have a close relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit than there is now.

Michelle and I look forward to receiving God’s best this year and will be praying the same for you.  Pray about your support of this ministry for the coming year and how important Bible Prophecy is in 2015.  However the Lord leads you to support us, we are honored to have you in the Body of Christ and thank God for the gift you are to the world.

Remember, Jesus is coming soon!

Born Again?

You must be born again to go to heaven. Jesus said “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." To do this all you have to do is call on the name of Jesus. When you BELIEVE in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord you will experience the new birth.
