And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. Mat. 24:12
The riots and protest in Missouri are to be expected because Jesus said they would be (Luke 21:25 …sea and waves roaring) All the more proof the Bible is true. Love growing cold is seen as the love for the laws that were made to keep us safe are continually broken and disregarded as many people are ignorant of how they even work. The antichrist has even infiltrated and is working against the highest law of the land our Constitution
As Christians we have obligations in these Last Days. We are the restrainers of this lawlessness and must be affective.
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 2 Thes. 2:7
We are the He that restrains and we will be taken out of the way at the Rapture. Now look at what lawlessness is:
Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
1 John 3:4
You calling yourself a Christian must strive not to sin. Instead of committing sin and relying on the goodness and grace of God to get you by. The purpose of grace is to teach you how not to sin.
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, Titus 2:11-12
Know that sin is anything that is not faith. God’s faith, not your faith, unless your faith is the faith of God as it should be. Sin can be your support of abortion or homosexuality. It can be gossip or quenching the Holy Ghost. It does not have to be the breaking of one of the ten commandments.
We must strive to be holy as the Father is Holy. God’s people must turn from their wicked ways, repent, pray and seek God’s face. This is part of how we restrain the lawless. Paul instructs us by the Holy Spirit not to sin this way .
I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. Romans 6:19
Your sin will only lead to more sin. The good news is you are longer a slave to sin (Rom.6:6). God’s grace gives you the power to overcome sin and to be a effective force of righteousness over lawlessness in the earth.
YOU CHRISTIAN, ARE MORE THAN A CONQUER!
