Greetings in the name of our Healer, Jesus Christ. I hope this letter finds you well and that you are pursuing the great and precious promises of God. These End Times are perilous times, and we need to know how to receive these promises today, more so than any previous generation.
You put yourself at risk if you do not attend a church that believes in the full salvation of Jesus, which means they teach healing, prosperity, protection, and the authority of the believer.
This February, it was announced that dozens of potential cases of the “Coronavirus” have been discovered outside of New York City. The Coronavirus has claimed over 2,000 lives in other countries as of the writing of this letter. This causes fear to surge throughout the world. Our stock market has shown evidence of this fear by its fluctuations after this announcement. (Now, don’t worry about your money, Jesus also prophesied prosperity for these End Times.) When looking at this virus compared to the flu virus, the related deaths are surprising. In the United States, somewhere between 25,000 to 50,000 deaths are related to the flu each year.
First, we must see this attack for what it is, an attack from Satan, for he is the father of fear and lies. People are using the words “epidemic” and “pandemic” to describe this newest outbreak. But there is nothing new or surprising about this.
Jesus addressed this 2,000-years-ago when He prophesied about our day in the Olivet Discourse (Matthew chapter 24; Mark chapter 13; and Luke chapter 21). He uses the word “pestilence” to describe diseases such as the Coronavirus that would be prominent in the Last Days. Jesus says:
For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. – Matthew 24:7
In fact, there have been many different types of these pestilences since Jesus’ time, such as the bubonic plague, polio, tuberculous, HIV/AIDS, and recently SARS, Ebola, and, of course, cancer. A pestilence is basically a disease that man has no cure for and doesn’t fully understand. We have overcome many of these by the good gifts and mercy of our heavenly Father (James 1:17).
Jesus gives us many categories of warning signs in the Olivet Discourse: wars, rumors of war, earthquakes, famines, ethnicities, and nations rising against each other. Jesus says, “All these are the beginning of sorrows.” These sorrows began during the time of the Disciples and have continued—check world history; we see many of them escalating today.
Our adversary’s time is short, and he is cunning. He will do all he can to pile sorrow on you, until you receive a spirit of heaviness, in order to convince you that your life is not worth living. Or if he can convince you that God killed your loved one or thousands of people somewhere due to one of these categories, he may persuade you to blaspheme God and refuse Jesus. This is not only Satan’s tool against the unbeliever but also the believer. It’s an evil trick to hinder evangelism and keep Christians from believing in the healing power of God, which could lead to their demise before their God-given plan is fulfilled.
I quote Hosea 4:6 quite often, “My people perish for a lack of knowledge.” Once you have the knowledge, you must put it into action. Deuteronomy chapter 28 speaks of the curse and the blessing. It states that if you do all the Words of the Law that are written in the Book, you will be blessed. BUT if you do not, you open yourself up to “every sickness and every affliction which is not written in this Book of the Law.”
Proverbs 4:22 states that God‘s Word is medicine to all your flesh—this includes preventative medicine. You can use God’s Word to be healed, and you can use it to walk in supernatural health. Do not fall into fear because of the constant negative news! Turn it off and look up healing and health Scriptures in your Bible, then meditate on them. You don’t have to be sick to do this! You can inoculate yourself against the pestilences of the End Times with the Word of God. Hallelujah!
As the world discusses pandemic or epidemic, we must keep in mind the truth about pestilences, the biblical Word. The world is unaware that they are signs of Jesus’ return, and we as Christians need to be healthy and about the Father’s business.
Thank you for your support in prayer and finances. Without you, we would not be able to do what we do. The ministry of Jesus is strengthened with everything you give. We have plans to head back to Jamaica this year and possibly Puerto Rico. Anything you can do to help with these endeavors would be much appreciated. The current goal for Jamaica is $3,000, so go to our website or mail in your support for this mission today.
We are praying for you and thank God for His blessings to overtake you as He has declared in His Word!
A FEW WORDS FOR YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM!
Proverbs 4:20-22: My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
Matthew 18:18: “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
Deuteronomy 7:15: And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
Psalm 103:1-5: Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 107:20: He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psalm 91:16: With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
Jeremiah 30:17: For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
Exodus 23:25: And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
This entire Psalm should be mediated on. However, just look at the verses that are preventive for the pestilence Jesus said would be occurring in our day.
Psalm 91:
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
and from the noisome pestilence.
5-7 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night;
nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness;
nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand;
but it shall not come nigh thee.
10-11 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
to keep thee in all thy ways.
15-16 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him:
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him, and honour him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
