Greetings in the name of the King of kings, the Lord Jesus. As I am writing this letter, we await the Presidential election results here in the United States. Well, I know now by inside information it has been decided.
It is the King of kings that decides the removal and setting up of kings: He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding (Dan. 2:21).
So get understanding that God knows what He is doing, and He is preparing for the greatest revival of all time. If you need wisdom in what to do, I’m telling you to pray for the harvest and witness Jesus to others. The wise are those who win souls (Prov. 11:30)! You may have never told anyone about Jesus or supported someone who does. But I’m here to tell you that if you don’t get to it, you will not overcome the days ahead. That is not doom and gloom—that is biblical fact!
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. —Revelation 12:11
The “him” in this verse is our adversary, Satan, and he will be opposing the righteous more and more. You cannot overcome without the three elements above. The “blood” is what Jesus provided for us to overcome. Your “testimony” is what God has either done or said in your life or in the Word when you speak it out! To “not love your life to the death” means you are willing to be uncomfortable in order to overcome.
Stay in faith! Many may be wavering or in fear about the storm in our nation. You’re crying out to Jesus to save us. WHERE IS YOUR FAITH? Has God not said, “Be confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ” (Phil.1:6). Who do you really think allowed this nation to begin? Who do you think prepared this land?
And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He [Jesus] was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” —Mark 4:37-40
Jesus rebuked the storm and said to the sea, “peace be still.” The storm is the demonic powers creating destruction. The sea is the mass of humanity who is troubled by the demonic powers. Hey, guess what? Jesus does not have a voice on the earth if Christians do not give Him theirs. We are to rebuke the demonic forces, and we are to speak the Word to people so they can be at peace. Testify! Overcome! Stay in Faith!
I write this letter with urgency because fear must be stopped, and the only way that can be done is by love. Perfect love cast out all fear, and that love is given to you freely by the Holy Spirit (I John 4:18). Know that Jesus loves you, and show that same love to others. The battle is not for the presidency but for the souls of mankind. We should pray that the platform that will be of greatest service to the Gospel and the Word of God will be put into office. This is what is best for mankind, which is God’s will—that none should perish, but all should come to repentance and everlasting life (John 3:16, II Peter 3:9).
I beg you to act on something in this letter! Please, no matter who you voted for, this is God! Some may only be able to take one small step towards sharing Jesus but try to make that step. Pray first—God is listening for your response to this letter.
Be thankful that we have a Father in heaven who loves us, and His Son was willing to die for us so we can overcome everything in the world. Every door of blessing swings on the hinges of gratitude. So, let’s give God thanks this Thanksgiving month for everything He has given us—everything we have and everything He has planned for our future. Let me say that I’m thankful for you. You are my family, friends, ministry partners, mentors, and fellow Christians. Michelle and I love you and pray the best for your lives always.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. —Jeremiah 29:11
